I got my start way back in the day in college, carrying equipment for DJ Howard. One summer he was away and left his equipment with me and the rest is history. At first I was doing the standard stuff, working at the college bars and fraternity and sorority gigs.
It was later on when I left corporate for the first time that I had started a company, but started spinning in a big way. Although I continued with some of the local bars, thankfully I never went into the wedding and or cheese market….selling out was never my idea of a fun night. Eventually I was good enough to play in some of the big Philly clubs an dj wedge was born. I was fortunate to spin in Philly and guest dj’d in DC, NYC, AC and LA.
